Background
Ms. Alparslan previously served as Chief Legal Officer for a significant energy company in Turkey. She is admitted in California as well as Turkey, has two Masters of Laws degrees including in International Commercial Law and International Arbitration, and studied at the Hague Academy of International Law at the Hague in the Netherlands. Her litigation practice includes the areas of professional errors and omissions, transportation casualties, commercial trade disputes and insurance coverage disputes.
